# VPN Proxy Master vs VPN Sense

The clearest difference is ads: VPN Sense at none against VPN Proxy Master's shown. VPN Sense also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 months). VPN Proxy Master's advantage is ratings volume (3K vs 408) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN Proxy Master sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and VPN Sense sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VPN Proxy Master holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Proxy Master has 3K ratings behind it against 408, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 54% and 53% positive.

VPN Proxy Master ships an update every 5 months, VPN Sense fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
