# VPN Proxy Master vs Fast VPN

The clearest difference is update cadence: Fast VPN at every 3 weeks against VPN Proxy Master's every 5 months. Fast VPN also leads on review sentiment (72% vs 54%) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). VPN Proxy Master's advantage is ratings volume (3K vs 209). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN Proxy Master sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Fast VPN sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fast VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VPN Proxy Master has 3K ratings behind it against 209, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 54% of VPN Proxy Master's written reviews are positive against 72% of Fast VPN's.

VPN Proxy Master ships an update every 5 months, Fast VPN every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
