# Netroots Nation vs PP Events

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Netroots Nation at 245 against PP Events's 2. PP Events's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Netroots Nation against 5.0 for PP Events. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Netroots Nation has 245 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Netroots Nation ships an update every 3 months, PP Events monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
