# Kubrix vs Otteretto

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Otteretto at 100% against Kubrix's 58%. Otteretto also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Kubrix's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (4.7K vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Kubrix sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Otteretto sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Otteretto holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Kubrix has 4.7K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 58% of Kubrix's written reviews are positive against 100% of Otteretto's.

Kubrix ships an update every 3 weeks, Otteretto every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
