# Putt Vision vs AimPoint Golf

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AimPoint Golf at 78% against Putt Vision's 32%. AimPoint Golf also leads on price (Free vs $4.99) and ratings volume (12 vs 3). Putt Vision's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.5) and chart position (#108 vs unranked). On update cadence, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

AimPoint Golf is free to download; Putt Vision costs $4.99 up front. Putt Vision sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and AimPoint Golf sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $249.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Putt Vision holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 32% of Putt Vision's written reviews are positive against 78% of AimPoint Golf's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Putt Vision ships an update every 2 months, AimPoint Golf every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
