# MINI RC vs XiL Pro

The clearest difference is rating: MINI RC at 5.0 against XiL Pro's 3.1. XiL Pro's advantage is review sentiment (30% vs 0%) and ratings volume (25 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MINI RC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XiL Pro has 25 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of MINI RC's written reviews are positive against 30% of XiL Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
