# MINI RC vs Fly Plus

The clearest difference is rating: MINI RC at 5.0 against Fly Plus's 2.5. Fly Plus's advantage is review sentiment (24% vs 0%) and ratings volume (45 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MINI RC holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fly Plus has 45 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of MINI RC's written reviews are positive against 24% of Fly Plus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MINI RC ships an update every 3 weeks, Fly Plus monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
