# FreeTime vs Study Bunny

The clearest difference is review sentiment: FreeTime at 96% against Study Bunny's 54%. FreeTime also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). Study Bunny's advantage is ratings volume (21K vs 9) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FreeTime sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Study Bunny sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FreeTime holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Study Bunny has 21K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 96% of FreeTime's written reviews are positive against 54% of Study Bunny's.

FreeTime ships an update every 2 weeks, Study Bunny every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
