# Giant Eagle vs Project Angels Boutique

Giant Eagle and Project Angels Boutique both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Project Angels Boutique's written reviews are positive against 42% of Giant Eagle's. Project Angels Boutique also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 18). Giant Eagle's advantage is ratings volume (84K vs 100) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Project Angels Boutique holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Giant Eagle has 84K ratings behind it against 100, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 42% of Giant Eagle's written reviews are positive against 100% of Project Angels Boutique's.

Giant Eagle ships an update fortnightly, Project Angels Boutique every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
