# Giant Eagle vs MyHF

The clearest difference is rating: Giant Eagle at 4.8 against MyHF's 3.7. Giant Eagle also leads on ratings volume (84K vs 3) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). MyHF's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 18). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Giant Eagle holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Giant Eagle has 84K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Giant Eagle ships an update fortnightly, MyHF monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
