# K vs FlashPedz

The clearest difference is update cadence: FlashPedz at every 9 days against K's every 5 months. FlashPedz also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. K sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and FlashPedz sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

K ships an update every 5 months, FlashPedz every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 23, 2026 respectively.
