# Ashrafs vs Not Just Beans

The clearest difference is update cadence: Ashrafs at every 2 months against Not Just Beans's every 4 months. Not Just Beans's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 3). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Ashrafs against 5.0 for Not Just Beans. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Not Just Beans has 19 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Ashrafs ships an update every 2 months, Not Just Beans every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
