# Traffic Turn vs Light Control!

The clearest difference is rating: Traffic Turn at 4.6 against Light Control!'s 3.7. Traffic Turn also leads on ratings volume (64K vs 3). Light Control!'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Traffic Turn sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Light Control! sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Traffic Turn holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Traffic Turn has 64K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Traffic Turn ships an update every 2 months, Light Control! every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
