# VPN service Beaver vs VPN MAX

The clearest difference is update cadence: VPN MAX at every 5 days against VPN service Beaver's every 3 weeks. VPN service Beaver's advantage is ratings volume (1K vs 122) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VPN service Beaver sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and VPN MAX sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $8.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
