# Wsecond vs #Phone

The clearest difference is rating: #Phone at 4.5 against Wsecond's 2.8. Wsecond's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks) and review sentiment (9% vs 0%). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wsecond sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and #Phone sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

#Phone holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 97 and 188 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 9% of Wsecond's written reviews are positive against 0% of #Phone's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wsecond ships an update every 6 days, #Phone every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
