# Hodokee Pedometer vs Pedometer

The clearest difference is update cadence: Pedometer at every 5 days against Hodokee Pedometer's fortnightly. Hodokee Pedometer's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hodokee Pedometer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Pedometer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hodokee Pedometer ships an update fortnightly, Pedometer every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
