# Fonding vs BareFace

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Fonding at 9.0 against BareFace's 14.0.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fonding sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and BareFace sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Fonding ships an update every 2 weeks, BareFace weekly. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
