# 24KLiveWallpapers vs RetroCrush

The clearest difference is monetization model: RetroCrush at free with in-app purchases against 24KLiveWallpapers's subscription. RetroCrush also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 18%). 24KLiveWallpapers's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 24KLiveWallpapers sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per 7 days and RetroCrush sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
