# Social Switch vs AfroIntroductions

The clearest difference is rating: AfroIntroductions at 4.5 against Social Switch's 3.6. AfroIntroductions also leads on ratings volume (13K vs 20). Social Switch's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 12) and review sentiment (60% vs 44%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AfroIntroductions sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $17.99 per 7 days. Social Switch asks for nothing beyond the download.

AfroIntroductions holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AfroIntroductions has 13K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Social Switch's written reviews are positive against 44% of AfroIntroductions's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
