# To Do List and Notes vs To

The clearest difference is review sentiment: To Do List and Notes at 80% against To's 33%. To Do List and Notes also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). To's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). On price, ratings volume, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. To sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. To Do List and Notes asks for nothing beyond the download.

To holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 10 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of To Do List and Notes's written reviews are positive against 33% of To's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

To Do List and Notes ships an update every 2 months, To every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
