# LEATHER® (Lite) vs BM Ringside

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: LEATHER® (Lite) at none against BM Ringside's 13. LEATHER® (Lite) also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 56%). BM Ringside's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 34). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BM Ringside sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. LEATHER® (Lite) asks for nothing beyond the download.

BM Ringside holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BM Ringside has 1.5K ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of LEATHER® (Lite)'s written reviews are positive against 56% of BM Ringside's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

LEATHER® (Lite) ships an update every 2 months, BM Ringside weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
