# Jack's vs Shrimp Basket

Jack's and Shrimp Basket both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 96% of Shrimp Basket's written reviews are positive against 21% of Jack's's. Jack's's advantage is update cadence (every 4 months vs every 11 months) and chart position (#209 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Shrimp Basket holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jack's has 14K ratings behind it against 2.3K, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 21% of Jack's's written reviews are positive against 96% of Shrimp Basket's.
