# Pyxis Pro vs Final Approach

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Pyxis Pro at none against Final Approach's 9. Pyxis Pro also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 15.1). Final Approach's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, rating, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Final Approach sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Pyxis Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Pyxis Pro against 5.0 for Final Approach. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Final Approach has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pyxis Pro ships an update every 5 months, Final Approach monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
