# PANCE PREP vs Flash Review

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Flash Review at 100% against PANCE PREP's 21%. Flash Review also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.5) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). PANCE PREP's advantage is ratings volume (129 vs 11) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PANCE PREP sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $69.99 per year and Flash Review sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flash Review holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PANCE PREP has 129 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 21% of PANCE PREP's written reviews are positive against 100% of Flash Review's.
