# FENIX360 vs CodaMusic

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FENIX360 at none against CodaMusic's 5. FENIX360 also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 66%). CodaMusic's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 16). On price, rating, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CodaMusic sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. FENIX360 asks for nothing beyond the download.

CodaMusic holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CodaMusic has 1.7K ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of FENIX360's written reviews are positive against 66% of CodaMusic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
