# Previs Pro vs Script Pilot

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Previs Pro at 1.2K against Script Pilot's 2. Script Pilot's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Previs Pro sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per month and Script Pilot sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Script Pilot holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Previs Pro has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Previs Pro ships an update every 3 weeks, Script Pilot every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
