# SEBconnect vs Siarc Oil

The clearest difference is update cadence: Siarc Oil at every 6 weeks against SEBconnect's every 15 months. SEBconnect's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SEBconnect ships an update every 15 months, Siarc Oil every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
