# 1Control vs Enilive

The clearest difference is rating: Enilive at 3.3 against 1Control's 2.5. Enilive also leads on review sentiment (82% vs 53%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). 1Control's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Enilive holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Enilive has 11 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 53% of 1Control's written reviews are positive against 82% of Enilive's.

1Control ships an update monthly, Enilive fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
