# QuickPedometer vs StepForce

The clearest difference is update cadence: StepForce at fortnightly against QuickPedometer's every 2 months. QuickPedometer's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QuickPedometer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per year and StepForce sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

QuickPedometer ships an update every 2 months, StepForce fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
