# I Feel.... vs ActiveBook

The clearest difference is update cadence: I Feel.... at every 3 days against ActiveBook's monthly. ActiveBook's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

I Feel.... ships an update every 3 days, ActiveBook monthly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
