# Ms. Holmes 1 vs Twin Mind

The clearest difference is rating: Twin Mind at 4.6 against Ms. Holmes 1's 3.5. Twin Mind also leads on ratings volume (472 vs 23). Ms. Holmes 1's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 months vs every 9 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Ms. Holmes 1 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Twin Mind sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Twin Mind holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Twin Mind has 472 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 43% of Ms. Holmes 1's written reviews are positive against 33% of Twin Mind's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Ms. Holmes 1 ships an update every 4 months, Twin Mind every 9 months. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
