# Lockdown Privacy vs Vconnct

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Vconnct at 100% against Lockdown Privacy's 33%. Vconnct also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10). Lockdown Privacy's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.9) and ratings volume (9.8K vs 8). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lockdown Privacy sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Vconnct asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lockdown Privacy holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lockdown Privacy has 9.8K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Lockdown Privacy's written reviews are positive against 100% of Vconnct's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lockdown Privacy ships an update monthly, Vconnct every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
