# BEKOOC vs Smarter Grill

The clearest difference is review sentiment: BEKOOC at 50% against Smarter Grill's 14%. BEKOOC also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 12.0). Smarter Grill's advantage is rating (2.3 vs 2.0) and ratings volume (24 vs 6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Smarter Grill holds the better App Store score, 2.3 against 2.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 24 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of BEKOOC's written reviews are positive against 14% of Smarter Grill's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
