# Super Hoops vs Wet Hoops

The clearest difference is rating: Wet Hoops at 4.7 against Super Hoops's 4.0. Wet Hoops also leads on ratings volume (31K vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 12 months). Super Hoops's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wet Hoops sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Super Hoops asks for nothing beyond the download.

Wet Hoops holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wet Hoops has 31K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Super Hoops's written reviews are positive against 70% of Wet Hoops's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Super Hoops ships an update every 12 months, Wet Hoops every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
