# Fresko vs Mercanto

The clearest difference is rating: Fresko at 4.6 against Mercanto's 3.0. Fresko also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (346 vs 2). Mercanto's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
