# Comal Active vs SynergenX

The clearest difference is rating: Comal Active at 4.8 against SynergenX's 3.9. Comal Active also leads on iOS requirement (10.0 vs 13.0). SynergenX's advantage is ratings volume (67 vs 5) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Comal Active holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SynergenX has 67 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of Comal Active's written reviews are positive against 69% of SynergenX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Comal Active ships an update fortnightly, SynergenX weekly. The most recent releases landed on June 10, 2026 and September 27, 2026 respectively.
