# Resize Image vs Convert Tool

The clearest difference is rating: Resize Image at 4.6 against Convert Tool's 3.0. Resize Image also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 2) and review sentiment (19% vs 0%). Convert Tool's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Resize Image sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Convert Tool sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Resize Image holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Resize Image has 1K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 19% of Resize Image's written reviews are positive against 0% of Convert Tool's.

Resize Image ships an update monthly, Convert Tool weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
