# e85Cal vs Z1 HotBox

The clearest difference is rating: e85Cal at 4.7 against Z1 HotBox's 3.7. e85Cal also leads on ratings volume (35 vs 7). Z1 HotBox's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 83%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

e85Cal holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: e85Cal has 35 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of e85Cal's written reviews are positive against 100% of Z1 HotBox's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
