# Дурак Новый vs Durak classic

The clearest difference is rating: Durak classic at 5.0 against Дурак Новый's 4.3. Durak classic also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10). Дурак Новый's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Дурак Новый sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Durak classic asks for nothing beyond the download.

Durak classic holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Дурак Новый has 21 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Дурак Новый's written reviews are positive against 33% of Durak classic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Дурак Новый ships an update fortnightly, Durak classic every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
