# M3Player vs WatchG30

The clearest difference is rating: M3Player at 4.7 against WatchG30's 4.0. M3Player also leads on update cadence (every 11 days vs every 40 months) and ratings volume (589 vs 1). WatchG30's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 84%). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

M3Player costs $0.99 and WatchG30 $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

M3Player holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: M3Player has 589 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 84% of M3Player's written reviews are positive against 100% of WatchG30's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

M3Player ships an update every 11 days, WatchG30 every 40 months. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
