The clearest difference is rating: SIMULACRA 2 at 4.7 against Cyber Manhunt's 4.1. SIMULACRA 2 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (1K vs 14). Cyber Manhunt's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 67%) and price ($2.99 vs $4.99). On update cadence, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

SIMULACRA 2 costs $4.99 and Cyber Manhunt $2.99 up front. Cyber Manhunt sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. SIMULACRA 2 asks for nothing beyond the download.

SIMULACRA 2 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SIMULACRA 2 has 1K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of SIMULACRA 2's written reviews are positive against 83% of Cyber Manhunt's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
