# DIACON vs 3D

The clearest difference is update cadence: 3D at every 5 months against DIACON's every 12 months. DIACON's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DIACON ships an update every 12 months, 3D every 5 months. The most recent releases landed on October 11, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
