# K vs Nolae

The clearest difference is ads: K at none against Nolae's shown. K also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (213 vs 16). Nolae's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nolae holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: K has 213 ratings behind it against 16, so its average is the more settled of the two.

K ships an update every 9 days, Nolae every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
