# SQUID Rewards vs RWRD

The clearest difference is rating: SQUID Rewards at 4.7 against RWRD's 2.7. SQUID Rewards also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (43 vs 7). RWRD's advantage is review sentiment (83% vs 71%). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RWRD sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. SQUID Rewards asks for nothing beyond the download.

SQUID Rewards holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SQUID Rewards has 43 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 71% of SQUID Rewards's written reviews are positive against 83% of RWRD's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SQUID Rewards ships an update every 10 days, RWRD every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
