# iQ vs WISC

The clearest difference is price: iQ at Free against WISC's $9.99. WISC's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 13 months). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

iQ is free to download; WISC costs $9.99 up front. iQ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and WISC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iQ ships an update every 13 months, WISC every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
