# Kacam vs YeecoreViewer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: YeecoreViewer at 43% against Kacam's 15%. Kacam's advantage is rating (2.1 vs 1.9) and ratings volume (170 vs 42). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kacam holds the better App Store score, 2.1 against 1.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 170 and 42 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of Kacam's written reviews are positive against 43% of YeecoreViewer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kacam ships an update every 2 months, YeecoreViewer every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
