# HerHelp vs Faves

The clearest difference is rating: Faves at 4.5 against HerHelp's 3.8. Faves also leads on ratings volume (17K vs 99) and chart position (#97 vs unranked). HerHelp's advantage is review sentiment (72% vs 44%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. HerHelp sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Faves sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Faves holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Faves has 17K ratings behind it against 99, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 72% of HerHelp's written reviews are positive against 44% of Faves's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

HerHelp ships an update fortnightly, Faves every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
