# Lumin Smart vs Bryant SmartHome

The clearest difference is rating: Bryant SmartHome at 3.5 against Lumin Smart's 2.3. Bryant SmartHome also leads on ratings volume (816 vs 3). Lumin Smart's advantage is review sentiment (29% vs 10%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Bryant SmartHome holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bryant SmartHome has 816 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of Lumin Smart's written reviews are positive against 10% of Bryant SmartHome's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
