# Revs vs Creams Café

The clearest difference is rating: Creams Café at 4.9 against Revs's 4.2. Creams Café also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Revs's advantage is review sentiment (40% vs 14%) and ratings volume (144 vs 10). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Creams Café holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Revs has 144 ratings behind it against 10, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 40% of Revs's written reviews are positive against 14% of Creams Café's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Revs ships an update every 2 months, Creams Café every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
