Verdict
AmmanTV and مقاطع both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 53% of مقاطع's written reviews are positive against 0% of AmmanTV's. مقاطع also leads on ratings volume (775 vs 8). AmmanTV's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, rating and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
